i’m pretty sure itz # 4. during phototherapy you must put a protective covering to the neonate’s eyes(because the light might injure the eyes) and genitalia(because it can cause senelity to male patients)…

My answer is 4. The eyes, as well as the genitalia, should always be protected during phototherapy.

I say #1. An opaque covering doesn’t protect the eyes. And the kid should get a break every 2 hours.
