I’m going to say 1. It’s just a guess but it makes sense that if he is sleeping, he isn’t walking the halls.

I belive we can eliminate number 1 because that is more like a restraint than just having him sleep instead of roaming the halls. Number 2 makes sense, if you are reading into the questions which in nursing school you are told not to. 3 makes sense as far as keeping him less confused and more emotionally comfortable in a new surrounding. That can be a safety measure. 4 really doesn’t address safety issues.
