I have cramps so bad that sleep is difficult. I was up all yesterday pretty much with them. 🙁 I slept last night well. I hate switching shifts.

So I had the scope yesterday…. And I have Colitis. The biopsys should show which type when they come back. Basically I’m going to have to change my diet either way. Not bad, just cut out spicy foods. I slept all day yesterday. Driving to Memphis today.
